BOOKING GENERAL TERMS
No refunds will be processed for confirmed reservations.
If the customer decides to cancel the confirmed course, he/she must inform El Palmar Surf Academy with at least fifteen working days prior to starting the course. In this case, the customer is entitled to be refunded, except for a 35% in respect of management fees.
If such cancellation by the customer, is reported to El Palmar Surf Academy with less than fifteen working days before the start of the course, the costumer will not be entitled to a refund, but the payment may be used for a future reservation for a period not exceeding one year, during which time the customer will choose a new date for the completion of courses and sufcamps as long as places are available on the new dates chosen by the customer.

These Terms are subjected to terms resulting from application of RDL 1 / 2,007 of November 16, that approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1998 of 13 April, about General Conditions of Contract, and the Civil Code.
